If you teach classes to participants with a limited amount of time, this workshop is for you. This workshop will give you great ideas to provide them with an express non-stop workout in a short amount of time. Experience three 30 minute full-workout sessions that include warm-up, workout and core training. Utilize a different piece of equipment, the stability ball, tubing and the Bodybar for each of the sessions and find new ways to get the job done intensely and safely.
