The creative workshop with lead you through a variety of exercises in 3 planes of motion with very little weight. Research has shown that most injuries occur in the transverse plane. This occurs because our typical class participant does not move proficiently and/or practice in 3 planes of movement. This program has been created as a training option that is designed to increase consumer competency in 3 planes of motion. The workshop assists group exercise instructors with program design for strength, conditioning using the stability ball.
